Ultimate Cardio
Our Ultimate Cardio is a unique blend of exercises and aerobics designed to burn fat fast and build stamina. This class is for the fighter looking to be in the best cardio shape of his life or the mom who just wants to lean up.
Grappling
Grappling class incorporates LLoyd Irvin Jiu-Jitsu, Sambo, and Freestyle and Greco-Roman Wrestling. Students will learn take downs, throws, and a variety of submissions covering chokes, joint locks, and muscle pinches.
NHB Boxing
NHB Boxing is a stand up style of fighting designed for the NO Holds Barred world. Whether your on the street or in the cage these effictive punches, elbows, kicks, and knees are essential. We combine Muay-Thai and American Boxing, while keeping in mind that most fights will wind up in clinch or on the ground.
